Keith, a veteran of the United States Air Force, began his lending career over 30 years ago. He started his mortgage career in 1987 and quickly worked his way through all areas of Origination and Servicing. He has held several key management positions throughout his career at mortgage companies like PNC Mortgage.

Having demonstrated his ability to build and grow strong foundations of success, Keith joined the credit union industry in 2000 with CommunityAmerica Credit Union (CACU). At CACU, Keith set up a new origination platform that quadrupled the credit union's production within the first two years. The success of the mortgage operation at CACU caught the eye of other credit unions who wanted the same realization that CACU had achieved. Together, Keith and credit union executives worked to create TruHome Solutions, a mortgage CUSO that provided unapparelled Origination and Servicing to its credit union partners. Before his departure under Keith's leadership, the organization grew to over ninety credit union clients and produced over $1B in originations each year.

Keith moved to Texas, where he worked with two credit unions to create another CUSO, Texas Mortgage Lending (TML). During his tenure at TML, Keith grew the origination volume for both credit unions to over $400M per year before departing to join Member Home Loan (MHL).

Keith joined MHL in December 2021 as the Executive Vice President of the CUSO; he plans to grow the CUSO to one of the largest mortgage CUSOs in the country, providing value to credit union partners while delivering unapparelled service to members.
